After graduating from Edina East High School, I
graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelor
of Science degree majoring in Business Administration
and Marketing.
My wife, Julie and I live in East Gull Lake. We
have three sons, Mike, who is married to Miranda and
they have our first grandchild Brenna, Chris who is
married to Ann Marie and our youngest Matt, who is in
his last year of college at Minnesota State University
Mankato majoring in Criminal Justice.
After working with many businesses over the years, I
decided to purchase my own business. My wife and I owned
Little Farm Market and The Wild Bird store for ten years
and recently sold the business.
After selling our business I decided to go back into
radio sales with 3WI because I saw what it did for the
growth of my business and I wanted to help other
businesses grow with the power of advertising on Talk
Radio, the fastest growing format in the country.
After living in the Brainerd Lakes Area for 30 years I
have been active in the community, I was the founder of
the Brainerd Lakes Coats for Kids Drive, Volunteer
football coach for BYAA for seven years, and a member of
the Nisswa Lions Club, Brainerd Sertoma Club, and a
Brainerd Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
I enjoy spending time at the lake, playing golf and
quality time with my family.
